Custom Interspire PHP Email Function

I require somebody to develop a modification to Interspire Shopping Cart which uses a Cron job (or similar) to send Order Messages to an e-mail address of our choice (eg. sales @ [login to view URL]). The software lets customers add a message to their order, which I can view and reply to from the admin control panel. However, I would like these Order Messages sent by e-mail instead, therefore I need a script written to do this. I would prefer the script, if possible, to be external to Intersire scripts and therefore does not require any edits to the Interspire software.
