Create a drag&drop page that generates XML

Basically it's simple, but i'm having trouble building it. 1. Create a database with predefined value, but with a placeholder for information %info% 2. Create a page like this: [login to view URL] - but with drag/drop tabs of my items from the database 3. When the tab is dragged onto the second div, a value can be edited on that page. 4. When you click "Save" it generates XML with the values + placeholder information. I can explain it a lot better in a 1 on 1 chat.
