Create Recruitment software to enable testing and training for candidates

Hi, I am looking for a company who can create software for a recruitment company; the packages will need to test the candidate of their skill sets and once the test score is finalised, short burst 'fresher' courses are provided for the candidate to complete to re-fresh their mind of what they may have fallen low in scoring. This will be for candidates who will be using packages such as Microsoft etc. There are two type of packages that we would like. Firstly: What would be ideal are short burst tests, that can be accessed via the internet that take a couple of hours to complete for typical administration tasks for the below packages to determine the skill level of the candidate. Packages required are: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Powerpoint Microsoft Access Microsoft Outlook Typing Test (Touch Typing teaching etc) Audio Typing course What would be ideal are a selection of short courses that are created upon completion of the skills test. So for example, the candidate would ultimately take a test for one of the packages above and tested on their skill ability for the package. Upon completion, the sections of the package they failed / scored low in, they would be presented with a short course that provides them with a short burst course, covering the basics of that package; almost like a fresher package that can be completed in a few hours. I understand this may not be within your companies remit, but if something like this could be created, we would be looking at creating the above for all the mentioned packages, to be used on a regular basis by each of our candidates that register on our books. Would be great if this is something your software developers can create, if you could send across an estimate ball mark figure of how much we would be looking at for creation and on what sort of time scale.
