Clone of Simple WebSite

I require a clone of the website [login to view URL] including all the content and links with some minor changes. The purpose of this clone is to create a Canadian reseller site for the same products. The following changes need to be made: a) All reference to Precision Case Werk needs to be changed to Twisted Tree Creations. b) All Precision Case Werk Logos need to be changed to Twisted Tree Creation logos (attached). c) All Contract Information needs to be: 403-703-8672 sales .at. [login to view URL] d) Background colors need to change from the brushed metal color to black (so it blends better the new logo). Note: This is only for the background around the main content window. e) Dealers link and webpage at the bottom needs to be removed completely. Also the “Locate Dealer?? link at the top right of each page. f) The site needs to be a complete clone that can be run independently of [login to view URL] ??" including all the links (so any PDFs or Photos should be now reference in twistedtreecreations.ca. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
