Classic ASP file upload

I having an existing website that manages events that we book as well as our human resources, accounting, etc. in which i need a few pages modified as follows: I need a simple one file upload embedded on event contact page event management pages employee profile page order inventory pages i need a mutliple file upload embedded into a new page (i will profile user interface template page) that will ask for one file, and upon clicking a url, the page will display another box to upload, etc. This page will need to link to whatever record/table is associated with the file (via drop down menu) i will need this files to display url when viewing employee profile, event profile, etc, if their are files associated with the record. i also need the upload embedded to the employee application page for a picture (mandatory field, jpg, bmp, gif, png) i will need to view the picture (scaled to fit in the area) on the viewable employee application.
