Your cancel order feature will need the following changes: (1) one additional field in the database (2) the way that your orders are saved in the DB (3) how would you like to use this info on deleted orders for later reporting. The total effort will depend largely upon the language in which your existing software has been written, how well commented it is, how your DB is structured and so on. If it is good on these factors and if it is PHP/MySQL, Deleting orders should take us approx 18 to 20 hours which would include a large part of our effort going into understanding your existing coding and DB. The subsequent feature modifications would be much faster.
