Creat Custom Social Engine Group Feed Page

I need someone to create a custom page on our social engine site and have 5 individual group feeds show up in 5 different columns: So the page would look like this - needs to display the different group feeds. The post form needs to be included and when a post is made they need to stay on this page and the feed needs to update below.
