Create a true ATS (one folder) template for my CRE 6.4 Store

I've had the darndest time finding a decent template service. So far I've found nothing but empty promises. Can you help me get a proper ATS template for my CRE 6.4 store? I have a CRE 6.2.09 B2B store that's been in production as it is for a couple years now. I am upgrading that store to the latest version of the shopping cart, CRE 6.4 B2B. I have my current CRE 6.2 B2B template, but A) it doesn't work on CRE 6.4 B2B, and B) it's a mess of folders (big directory tree really) that overwrites several core CRE files, and makes it very difficult to patch CRE; which is why I'm still on an old revision of 6.2 (09) and haven't patched it. I want a true ATS template built, one folder that's all inclusive and drops into the /templates folder of my new 6.4 B2B store, that replicates the look and feel of my current production 6.2.09 store. Furthermore, I want this new template to have a few minor changes. I'd like to see the 'Categories' infobox, which is on the left side of the page on my site, have some additional formatting work done to it to space the categories out just a bit from each other, or possibly place a divider line between them. Also I want to make it more clear which category is currently selected, and which categories are sub-categories of a master category (make the tree easier to distinguish than it is now). I'd also like a 'Site Map' Button added to to the navigation area at the top of the screen with the rest of the navigation buttons. Please only bid on this job if you've got ample experience with true ATS templates, all in one folder, and if you plan to see this job through to the end.
