Automated Hosting Account Creation

Hi, I need someone with either an already existing script or someone who can create a script that will allow me to have 4 webhosting plans and when a customer chooses to purchase one a form with contact info is sent to my email, and then customer sent through a paypal gateway, and upon successful payment a hosting account is created from my reseller hosting account and is automatically emailed to them. I will also need 3 reseller hosting plans that just send contact info to my email and goes through the payment gateway. I will need all of this inegrated into a template. Winner of project provided they complete per requested will recieve many following works and perhaps a reoccuring job. Thanks for bidding and keeping your prices low. P.S Short timeframe 3-4 days max!
