Customise a wordpress theme for me

I need somebody who can customise this Wordpress theme for me: [login to view URL] I want to add a mouse-over function to the scrolling images so that the images change to a before/after retouching image, i.e. should merge into a different image. Please look at this page to see what I mean: [login to view URL] I want to be able to to do this while the images are still scrolling horizontally, but pause and change image upon mouseover to the before retouched image version, and change back when mouseover is removed. Currently upon mouseover the theme applies a border around the image, all I want to do is change this so that it shows a before/after version. Also I'd like the images to appear on the page larger, so they should be filling in some of the space at the bottom, but not all the way as I'd like to hopefully add some text and/or graphics there if possible. At the bottom also where it has the 'Galleries' menu I'd like to be able to add some text below each image to describe each gallery title, i.e. fashon, beauty etc below each image. Along the left navigation pane I have designed my logo which will replace the templates logo, I'd also like to have pages there for 'Home', 'About' and 'Contact', with a contact form on there. I can later add more pages if I need to through the admin panel. Should be a fairly simple project for those who know how to change to the mouseover image function as this would be the main requirement, together with few smaller edits. Thanks
