Custom Wordpress Fixes

I have three problems with my Wordpress blog ([login to view URL]) and need them fixed in this order. Please only bid if you can fix all three issues and you can fix them over the next 1-3 days. I am looking to pay about $50-$100. 1) I recently switched ad code from openX to Google Ad Manager. Two of the spaces are no longer loading the ads. The ad code is correct, I'm guessing there is a small error relating to how it was put in. I need these ads to load properly. You can see where they're supposed to appear three posts down where it says 'Advertisement' or in any individual post where it says 'Advertisement' - but no ad shows up? 2) My site has thumbnails auto-created for features... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Some time ago, either because of WP upgrade or server transfer, some of these thumbnails began to have black lines on the right. I'm not sure what's wrong, the script or plug-in doesn't seem to be resizing wide images properly. I had someone try to fix and the thumbnails became stretched. This is not a solution. They should be auto-resizing then cropping. Taller images seem to be working, but not wide ones. These two sections have special instructions to pull from tags and should not be altered. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 3) Something in WP called "Write Panels" is broken. I used it to create blogs for people (assigning capabilities to them to only post in their respective category so when they post it goes into their blog and doesn't show up elsewhere). The ones that I created are still working, but something is wrong and when I create new ones, nothing happens, it doesn't create them. You'll see after you create it, it doesn't actually show up.
