we use crafty syntax live but need one add on. Crafty has a functionlality? called? Proactive chat invites. We want to automate that based on rules. When visitors meet a certain (set of) rules the proactive chat invite should show up. We need a screen to create, manage and delete rules. The rules should should be based on the stats and could be a combination of rules. The rules should be based on the being on a specific url The time spend on a specific page The total time spend on the site. The number of visits The number of pages viewed A negative selection - when a person was on a pages NOT show the invitation It could be a combination of rules to make a set of rules.
