Data Receiveing problem

I have a loan application website where user's submit application and then the website send info to lender's website who send XML response . I have some problem receiving the response . I need someone to correct it . I have API which helps to know how to send data and how to get response . Can anyone do this now ? Do you have experience working with SOAP env. If so bid now .
