Convert site to Joomla

We are interested in trying out Joomla, and want to build a strong "proof of concept" to show our management. We want to: a) Roughly convert the existing content/site structure at [login to view URL] and put it on our hosted site at [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). We will provide the new navigation hierarchy so you don't have to think about that. b) Skin the Joomla site to match our new corporate look & feel. ([login to view URL]) All colors, logos, etc. will be provided in Photoshop/Illustrator. The winner of this bid, provided of course all goes well, would also get the follow-on business of adding the necessary components, customizations, etc.
