Convert a .DLL call to a PHP page

I have a .DLL written in CSharp which generates a key code like this: [login to view URL](string SoftwareName, ushort RedeemDays, ushort TermDays) I need someone to take this csharp code which generates a key and a confirmation code and create a php page which will generate the key and confirmation code. Example of the output page: ---------------------- <softshop> Registration Code: 5784743838784584873738 Confirmation Code: 191919 </softshop> SoftwareName: MySoftware 3.0 RedeemDays: 0012 TermDays: 0001 ------------------------- Of course the softshop tags are in the html and not shown on the page. These are used to extract the code by another page. I will provide the dll and source. Here is an example of how this page would be called: [login to view URL] Final php should take the data and produce a page like the above example. If you can do this in cgi that would be acceptable but I prefer php. Please let me know if you have experience using both csharp and php.
