Company Web Site Using Joomla

I need to clone the following web site for my new IT service start up: <[login to view URL]> The finished product will allow me to change the contents such as changing the name from Itelagen to my company's name at a later time when I launch the new company. ? I expect to do it using Joomla. Most likely, it will be hosted at Yahoo.com. I need all contents to be transfered from? [login to view URL] to my new site. The clone should be the same as the original one but using Joomla. The only looks and feels changes? are: change the round cornors of the text boxes to sharp cornors and no 3d looks for the buttons.? ? ONE MORE ITEM: I will provide you with a logo of my company and please create a new company backgourd with IT professionals and customers (2 or 3 of them) to replace the Itelagen's one. Itelagen's one now has words like menu, www, techie, email etc. The image of people will replace these words.
