CSS expertise needed for very minor Wordpress adjustment

My site is [login to view URL] I want to have an FB like button, a Google+1 button and a Tweet button Evenly spaced, just above the first post on [login to view URL] (right below category "relaxing voice"). To the right of these buttons I want a 468x60 adsense ad unit. I would like to see the buttons ad in a container, and without...and I will decide which I like better. On single post I would like the exact same thing added, right beneath the youtube. Please add additional Reddit button to single.php. (right now I have a plugin which ads the buttons, pls disable this).
