Build Webpage On Our Website That Works Like Google Spreadsheets

Our office needs our own working online spreadsheets. The spreadsheets do not need to be as fancy as google doc spreadsheets, they just have to have the basics. But if you can do the whole thing thats fine. We do not need to store these spreadsheets into a list of folders. We do not need to organize the spreadsheets into folders. We do not need to "share" or un-share any of the spreadsheets because in our office ALL spreadsheets can be looked at by ant employee. We will need to be able to delete, rename, and make new. The "home page" for these spreadsheets will just be a list of all the spreadsheets, if you click on one then it will open in a new tab. So you could have a few open at one time if needed. This will need to be set up and installed on the coder's server first for testing and then after everything is ok installed on our company website/server.
