Brush up a finished website

I have a pregnancy and baby website that is finished. There are some little adjustments need to be made: 1. It has 3 different greetings shown to each user: fetus age in weeks for pregnant women, baby age in months for new parent, and normal greeting for the rest of the users. All of this is done, but there are mistakes in calculation, I want it to be exact. 2. There is very simple blog, I want the editor to be user friendly, so that user will not have problems uploading image and inserting into her writings. 3. Add tell-a-friend page, that would import yahoo, hotmail address books and send mails. 4. Fix some errors in admin panel, add some functions like delete user, edit profile, while managing users 5. Change some graphics to some with less size, it loads too slow right now.
