BlackBerry Application (Court Rules)

We have 19 PDF text documents. We want the text from these document made available on the BlackBerry as an installable application. The application will run on the following BlackBerry device types: Curve 8900 Curve 8300 Pearl Pearl Flip 8800 Series 8700 Series Storm Bold The application will be a simple application which allows the user to access to our text. The user can do a keyword search on the text and all instances of that text will appear as a link to that text. The software solution will have protection which will prevent priracy of this application. We need a solution recommendation on: hosting for the downloadable application ecommerce payments for application download and payment solution directly from BlackBerry device We are open to any suggestions or recommendations...
