Application to grab information from a Database

? We need a script to copy the database available here <[login to view URL]> ? to our own local database. (The database can be grabbed as each record is like this ? <[login to view URL]> 2003 03765. 2003 is the year while “03765?? can be 00001 to 99999. We can provide assistance with respect to the logic of these records. [login to view URL] website has also info on how records are organized here <[login to view URL]> (in Romanian, English available through Google translate or we will assist). The script should copy the database to our own server. The fields of the database are here <[login to view URL]> (You are interested only in the numbers assigned for each field).? Details in English about these fields (INID Fields can be found here <[login to view URL]> ). The script should copy also the attached images (when it is applicable). Once the database is copied (098246 records until 31.12.1999 and then approx 10000 records a year) we should be able to update the information. Information in the local database should be updated by scanning? PDF files published by OSIM here <[login to view URL]> . Once PDF are scanned, the script should be directed to scan certain selected records in OSIM database to update the fields of the selected records. Once the database is copied, we should be able to generate various reports. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Linux server, php and mysql.
