Amazon new product ASIN generator

I need to generate several thousand new product ASINs on Amazon.com.? Since these products have no ASIN, UPC, or ISBN numbers,? currently the only way to load them into Amazon is to use Create a Product Detail page, manually, one at a time. I would like a script to automate this process. I will supply a simple table containing SKU, title, description, and shipping weight, and would like returned a table with SKU and corresponding new ASIN. Amazon has made available many API tools for development purposes, I'm just not sure how to use them.? Please indciate your familiarity with Amazon's new listing system.? I will pay very well for a script that works, which can be either web based, windows, or unix.
