Adult Tube Site Project

I'm looking for someone to run and manage my adult tube site. It is already online and functional, but the code needs re-working, the site needs many modifications. you MUST be an expert at php and have familiarity with tube sites (encoding, ffmpeg, etc.) This will be an ongoing project for several weeks, paid hourly for your work. I am looking for someone energetic, hard-working, and experienced with programming and maintaining adult tubes.
