Adding audio file to Podpress

Hi, I need someone to help me quickly upload my file to my podpress so that I can embed it in a post and also send it out using Itunes. I have already configured my Itunes and RSS and the plugin is already installed. I just need someone to embed the file for me and teach me how I can embed files in future. ## Deliverables I have already described what I need done in the brief summary section. **Work Process **1) Ask me any questions and clarify anything you may not understand by sending me questions with your bid request. 2) Prior to my accepting your bid, tell me in painstaking detail, how you understand the project and how you intend on completing it. 3) The job should take you a very short time to complete and within half a day, at most, I expect the job to be completed. 4) After completing the job, explain to me how I would use podpress to embed audio in posts and to send of podcasts in future. 5) Quote "Wordpress" in your bid request to be considered.
