create a script that can help me log in, send email automatically

I need to do below steps every day: 1. log in a parts search engine: 2. input part number into the box and click search For example: 335-270-502-0 FInd many providers. Some times, there are more than 1 pages. 3. When I click a company name, a pop-up webpage will appear, which contain contact information, including email address 4. send emails to all the email addresses of each company name(possibly more than 1 page) -the emails has the same template, just add the part number and quantity , plus an optional requirement -Use a designated IMAP email account(GMAIL) to send the emails. -There would be a reference number and part number for the RFQ in subject. Reference number contain data and sequence number. 5. When the vendors send quote, we will get it a the designated email account. I would like it as simple as possible. just search, collect email addresses, sent email to all addresses. Easy to use, i just need to input 3 elements(part number, quantity and comments) every time
