ASAP: CGI script fix

I just bought a website and I believe someone from the other company with access deleted a couple files before I changed the passwords. The script is called WebAdverts Details on the script can be seen here: [login to view URL] I think two files are missing. I need someone to reinstall the script to get it running again. There's also an old script in the cgi bin which isn't used which you can ignore. I'd like the site running again in 10 hours so i'm ready to accept a bid right away.
