CGI Form Data Posting

I have a page up with a form that contains about 15 fields. I built the form using a wordpress plugin called "contact form 7" It automatically emails me the data in the body of an email. I am going to be providing this data to a 3rd party. They sent me posting instructions and an excel spreadsheet containing field, data type, size and value. If we need to build a new form with the same fields we can. I want to get this done today as I know it should not be a huge project.
