Asterisk gateway with callback feature driven by MySQL database

The project encompasses setting up an Asterisk VOIP gateway in Linux (not AsteriskNow) specifically with a callback feature. Users should be authenticated via Caller-ID and or PIN. Callbacks should be performed using Chanskype Opensource project witch integrates with asterisk. (Other methods welcomed). The db should also keep track of access levels if Long distance is allowed or not and to Selective North American countries. A billing system should also be integrated to allow for certain users (on a per call basis) if calls are dialed outside North America and charged back to them.
