Custom Dating Website

Im seeking a high quality custom-built dating/match-making/social networking/friends website with full admin section. A modular build is required so enabling fairly easy redesign and restructure as required. Clean, uncluttered design - CSS if possible - attractive graphics Either PHP or .NET is preferred technology. I also like the Userplane - Webmessenger integration and the Audio and Video upload to profile. Again the simple clear interface i like here. They have a flash chat facility i like, but possibly the Userplane Chat would be a suitable equivalent. Also, option for x levels of membership or totally free. Affiliate module. US and UK postcode search. RSS feeds. I would prefer someone who has worked on this type of project before who would be able to work on own initiative and put forward any ideas or thoughts based on their experiences.
