Database with widgets

We have a number of websites which promote tours in a number of different regions in Australia, the current sites are built manually and I would like to keep then like this, I don’t want to go to a full CMS system The Job Part 1 Database: This job involves creating a single database to hold bits of information about the tours, and then have a system which creates a widget which I can then cut and paste into the website code to display the information on the website page. Part 2 Specials: Each tour will have default pricing, however occasionally I would like to promote a tour for a specific date, or a specific date range, which would have a different price. In this situation, the widget would display not only the price information, but also other data such as the tour name, date of special and a link to the tour page. PM for full details
