Customizations to DT Register Component

Follow Up Survey - using DT Register's Automatic Follow-Up Reminder system: [login to view URL] The follow-up email will include a link for event participants to provide feedback on the course they took - we'll need a form-building tool to build this, something like Fabrik (or RS Form Pro) would probably be a good option for this. After filling out the survey form, it should automatically generate a PDF "Course Completion Certificate" that the participant is only allowed to view / download / print after completing the survey form. I will provide a Word-document and PDF example of what the certificate should look like. b. Form for enrolling in multiple events; add to cart all in one shot Currently, we are using DT Register to let folks sign up for two types of events. One is the general week-long conference registration, which has a fee ($$$) and is the 'general' registration for the event. This event is isolated into its own DT Register category. For our purposes, this works fine. The second type of registration is an actual class that takes place during the week-long-conference. So after a member signs up for the conference itself, they need to pick individual classes. Instead of forcing them to go back to the DT Register event list, and signing up for each class individually, we want to build a custom form that shows all of the individual classes as checkbox choices. You could also click on the event name next to the check box to see details, but the goal is that they sign up for a handful of classes just by clicking the checkboxes then "Add to cart" and all of the courses are added at once, no need to go back through and add each individual class to the DT Register cart.
