Project: Member Check-in system to track attendance in daily classes and to produce reports for admin to effectively manage. Reports are emailed automatically to admin (adjustable) and members are emailed automatically for a set criteria. Ie best attendance, no attendance, ect. Check-in system will comprise of a stand alone system (touch screen system) that allows members to check-in via bar-code members card or search facility on screen. Checked in members give stats of last check-ins and monthly check-ins and also alerts that admin would like to set. Also sets of reports for admin ( no attendance, best attendance) The Checkin Screen: Want a fresh approach to checkin screen with slidable screen with member pictures as a button with name in alphabetical order, click and go system. Will draw a detailed checkin design for reference. Database will be populated daily from a CSV file to the mysql (require an upload or injection method from webpage) Will be run through online server to be written in: PHP - MySQL - Front end for checkin - Admin Backend for reports. Will supply a file for CSV structure for injection to database. Will supply all logo files for branding.

Will this include the programming of the interface of bar-code members card? I'm not sure how you're going to use a website to read the bar-code, do you have existing solutions for this? The system is a web site,but you don't need it manage the members, all members are imported daily by CSV. When importing, all existing members will be deleted and imported the new members, right?

I've already done similar project to the IT dept. Within Siemens Wind Power DK. unsure of the language you want on the check in system, since its front end. Will they be linked directly to db all the time?
