Create page in admin to allow matching of coupons from one table to another table

We have a custom php admin panel, within the admin panel we have pages for different purposes. Project is the create a new page to allow us to matchup coupons from one table to another. 1.) Create page within our admin console 2.) Add a field in table xxxx(to be disclosed) for couponID 2.) Show a list of all coupons from table xxxx (to be disclosed) that have source = null 3.) Next to each coupon name, [login to view URL] corn flakes, show potential matches from table yyyy (to be disclosed) based on matching keywords 4.)"approve" button will create a matchup, will save couponID into table xxxx 4a.) multiple couponID's can be assigned to single entry (store in table as id=119,223,1100 etc) 5.) Should have batch update function so user can assign a couponID to multiple similar coupons 6.) User should be able to delete couponID More details to be provided to bidders.
