Competition script including phpnuke &

Skills Needed php / mysql / game development / game scripting / phpnuke / programming / phpnuke extreme Description I need a competition script that can be used to give out prizes. The prizes will require the participants to register on our website ([login to view URL] which is using the CMS phpnuke xtreme It needs to run off phpnuke extreme (as a module)) People need to sign up ontop of site registration to enter the competition. when signing up for the competition they must enter all shipping details required for me to award them the prize, their must be a Terms and conditions that they must agree to upon signing up to the competition. It must fit the theme of the site and the frame. The competition will run off a gameserver (bad company 2) via server stats, Server stats are taken from the gameserver via an administration program called procon, procon grabs the stats as they go and puts them onto a remote database A visual representation of the server stats can be found: [login to view URL] if you want to see the database that can be arranged, this stats script however just keeps taking stats it does not keep stats periodically. I would want to run the competition over 1-3 months. SO I would need the stats counter (database) to be reset at the interval of my choice, AS well as making a copy of the stats in another database to track the stats indefinitely so players can still see the top 10 players of all time. I would need it to only use stats that have been collected over the month (each prize will be drawed at the end of the month) it also needs to be restricted to country I dont know which ones yet but I need that hardcoded so I can change it in the future if needed this is due to cost of shipping.
