Adapt a free annotation and setup a standalone server with restricted access.

I would like someone to setup a website, adapt and install the following tool: [login to view URL] This server should be standalone in that it isn't reliant on Amazon Mechanical Turk and access is restricted to registered members at sign into the site. Front end shall allow people to register as an annotator and once approved be granted access to start annotating. On the backend I shall be able to upload or remove clips for annotation and also approve new annotators. This is in addition to the existing functionality of being able to view and gather statics of annotators works. I shall also have access to view and modify the site/database and change admin passwords beyond the duration of this project.
