Develop Magento Category Upload Extension

I am looking for someone to create a magento extension that can be used to upload the categories in bulk. I will run multiple websites with multiple stores so I need to be able to set the file up for that. I would like to be able to use excel and then save as a csv. I will want to be able to use there import/export tool to do this from the admin side of the site. I will want to be able to keep updating the file over time and change categories if need be. This uploader needs to be fully functioning and tested when the project is complete. I have the newest version of Magento currently installed. The project must be completed within 1 week of awarding the project. Thank you, Keith
