Create dynamic admin page to manage/schedule advertisements

1. Make dynamically created advertising admin page that pulls the information from the forms on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] pages and displays them in a list of what the paid ads are, broken out by week. Listed items need to be clickable and linked to the information from the forms on those two signup pages. 2. The form from the AdvertisingRates sheet needs to be posted to the advertising admin page and emailed to me. Forms on both pages can be re-coded as necessary. Forms on the AdForm sheet don?t need to be emailed, just posted to the admin ad list. 3. Forms and admin need to work with PayPal?s Payment Data Transfer system so that their ad only gets set up if they have paid (I have the identity token for the PDT and can get whatever else you need). 4. Admin page needs to have a manual input option so that I can schedule free advertising while bypassing the payment system. Admin page also needs to be editable so I can reschedule or delete any scheduled advertising. 5. GNGC eBay Ads have three per week. TFC eBay and banner ads both have four per week. On the AdForm and AdvertisingRates pages, the drop down scheduling options menus need to be able to automatically update depending on how many advertising slots have already been filled and need to automatically run six months out. 6. On the AdvertisingRates page, the Current Newsletter Circulation for both GNGC and TFC need to be dynamically added to those pages so they show accurate numbers. 7. Programming to be done in PHP and html. SQL db available if you need one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
