Create a delayed email delivery system for Wordpress site

- Create a function that takes the following variables and stores this data in a database: $message, $to, and $date_to_send(timestamp). - Build a Cronjob to check the database and email $message to the specified user ($to) on the morning of $date_to_send using the wp_mail() function. The database and Cronjob will need to be built and added to our GoDaddy Wordpress hosting account.
