Cloaking Referral Links

I have a domain and I want to use it to cloak my advertising link for a referral program (such as one through clickbank). I am looking for someone who can write clearcut instructions on how to write/edit/run the script in order to do so. I suppose I need to know how to cloak the referral link and the payment link. I am someone with very little web knowledge, so I have no idea what files I need to upload to my domain to make this work. Can you help? I don't want you to do it for me - I want you to teach me how!
