Centos server fixes, domain ssl certificate and backup system

Hello freelancers: I need the following works or fixes for a server and php improvement: - User applications permissions: I run typical applications like joomla, magento, etc...the problem is that the aplication user owners do not have permisions for example for running an update or implement more extensions or modules...only the ssh user and the ftp user have permission. I need to do not have restricted permissions in my applications. - Install ssl to a domain. The ssl certification is allready bought but not installed. - Implement a backup system in external resource, like amazon, or my own computer. Only experts, please.
