Hello, we are looking for a long-term web developer to create online billing system to automatically create invoices for data transferred through data sim cards of various mobile network operators basic requirements: a) data source: freeradius, iptables b) billing, users and other data have to be stored in MySQL c) GUI management (currently we have some work done in Dojo but its not necessary to use Dojo, we prefer more PHP framework (Nette) d) API management the same function as GUI, but CLI http The final system should be robust integrated system, which would be able to automatize everything, including payments. For now we need at least to automatize the invoice creation (this part needs to be done ASAP) Please see the file attached for more information. This is long-term, well paid job. Thank You
