Article Manager to Joomla - Content Migration

We have a client who has has a large site with over 750 pages. The site is built on the "Article Manager" software from Interactive Tools ([login to view URL]). We're looking to move them to Joomla and need to migrate the content to the new site. Article Manager stores the pages and site structure in flat file databases. They are character delimited files. [login to view URL] - All of your current articles will be stored in this file. [login to view URL] - All of the information about your categories is stored in here. We will supply a working copy of Joomla on our hosting service where the content will be migrated along with FTP and MySQL access (through phpMyAdmin or php scripting). We will also supply the .dat files mentioned above. We need the category structure and page contents created in the Joomla installation. Please provide examples of data migration projects you have completed in the past. A firm knowledge of working with flat files databases as well as PHP/MySQL is required.
