Develop Web Site

We are requiring a redesign of a real estate agent web site. There are approximately 8 pages: home, about, buying, selling, listings, contact, about area, about remax. We have an existing listing database that will provide the listings. We will want 2 forms, 1 for contact and 1 for a visitor to submit the type of properties they are looking for. The forms must work upon completion and delivery. The look and feel needs to be nature like. The client is located in Colorado (near Boulder) so pictures of mountains and nature mixed in with higher end homes will work well. Our client is particular about what she likes and doesn't like and will most likely have 1-2 revisions to your design. Professional quality graphics design only. Please provide as much detail and experience as possible in your bid. We will be coordinating with the client to ensure she is satisfied with your experience and ability to complete the work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
