Data scrapping from website

We need an import tool that will get all messages posted into <[login to view URL]> and insert it into our MySQL Database, performing data transformation. This tool should be smart enough to run every day (a Win Service would do it) and extract all articles posted since last run and import them automatically. The above forums should be compacted into a smaller number, i.e. from 10 Cat related forums to just 3 cat related forums. The final data mapping will be a MySQL database for vBulleting software ([[login to view URL]][1]). Preferabily this project will be done in c#. We will provide the target database structure. As vBulleting is a bought product we have no knowledge of teh DB structure.
