Creating Pop-Up Message

We program in Progress (DB) and currently notify our users that they have a new quote using MessageBlaster32. MessageBlaster32 puts a little spinning globe in the taskbar to let the user know that they have a new quote (Internal functions). We are starting to experience some compatability issues so we are looking at other options. What I'm wanting is to be able to call some type of VB program/script that will pop-up, when called, to let the user know that they have a new quote. I want this pop-up to be customizable, regarding the header and content of message. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Needs to run on all versions of Windows.
