Compiere/php/google maps integration

We are looking for someone how can develop and integration between compiere and google maps. We want to display on google maps our customer looking for a region or category of customer. We want to make difference color between usual customer and new customer (how doesn't buy anything from us). Clicking on customer map we want to take some information like open order, quotation invoice. We prefer to have a replica of our database on mysql on remote server so we can preserve our oracle database putting new information each night, we don't want to syncronize two databases if someone has better idea please suggest.
