Clone of Cams Site

I am looking for programmers with past experience (with example and demos)in creating pay per view webcam sites. Basically it should contain functionality for Member signup, Models, Studios, Admin Backend, have functionality for FREE Chat mode, Nude (voyuer) mode, Private mode, upgrade to VIP member, pay to join models fan club, model can record webcam shows as she is performing and then add them to her profile so fan members can watch them, upload pre-recorded videos. Rate members shows, photos, videos, profile. calendar schedule for [login to view URL] can set their percentage levels, admin to set rates per min. members can perform pre-defined filter searches. etc... everything you need to know is on [login to view URL] The project should contain all functions currently within cams.com. I will supply designs and sample page layouts to the winning bidder. The script needs to be simple yet flexible. User friendly for both models,members and Admin - copying of the codes from [login to view URL] is allowed. I would require all source codes and scripts. (not encrypted or in a foreign language) when the project has been completed. Good communications via MSN messenger or daily emails with full progress reports and examples would be needed. Payment will be made using the escrow system after you complete this project in full and the site is working properly without any bugs or problems on my server.
