admin section and front end re-vamp

Revamp site (homepage and the innerpage template), without changing the current Page Rank (PR5). Just need a slight change in look and new pictures added to homepage. Also want a live support on the website (see phplive site). Want something similar to that. Or even that if you can intergrate that into my site. Make the front end so that the product extension are in html format and not pdf. Want html to open for each product extension within which there is a pdf link option if decide to add pdf. Have both html option and pdf option available currently in the admin section. For some reason html is not working, it used to work before. If you get the html to work I will edit each product and fill in the html details. Also recently found that when a new subheading is added from the admin section. It is only showing up in the online catalog page and in none of the other pages. Need this fixing to. Want an SEO module in the admin section so I can optimise metatags, title and description etc. for each product and product subheading I add to site (so that the source code is specific for each product and product heading). You just need to add the module to the admin section. I will do the rest for each product and product subheading. Also need the other static pages optimising too (i.e meta tags, title, description), at present have it is the same for all the pages.
