Create a Wordpress Template

I updated my Wordpress software and it changed how the data appears. The website is [login to view URL] and I need the Instructors and Courses webpages content to appear in a table alphabetically as follows: Instructors * list of instructors alphabetically, 50/page * no page/post date or info * first column name, second column company, third column "Email" with email link attached, phone number, linkedin icon clickable to linked in address.. blank if no link provided, website name clickable to website unless not provided Courses * appear in a table, alphabetically, 50 courses/page * course Name alphabetically, second column city, third column price, fourth column course link (website or attached content) Calendar * course date(s), second column course name clickable to course page I had someone set all this up but can't get a hold of them. It should be a relatively easy job as all the content and fields are ready to go
