I have 2 jpg files that I need converted into a WordPress theme. The 2 files I have (which are attached to this project) are for the home page and the search results page. I will also need a general [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. The theme should be able to pass WordPress Theme Check Plugin with flying colors.
